In the era of globalization, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have a very important role in the economy of a country, including Indonesia. One of the factors that may influence the performance of SMEs is the managerial skills and skills possessed by the owners and managers of SMEs. Good managerial skills can help SMEs manage existing resources more effectively and efficiently, which can improve their performance. However, in the context of product SMEs in wetlands, there is still limited information regarding the influence of managerial skills on the performance of SMEs
