The 321 website is an interactive web based platform used for quizzes, polling, and spin wheel activities by various user groups. However, preliminary evaluations identified several usability issues, including unclear navigation, repetitive login attempts, non-intuitive interface elements, ineffective search functionality, and inconsistent visual layouts, which negatively affected user experience. This study aims to optimize website usability through the User Centered Design (UCD) approach by redesigning the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) based on user needs and feedback. The optimization process was conducted iteratively through the stages of understanding the context of use, specifying user requirements, producing design solutions, and evaluating the redesigned system. Usability optimization was implemented by restructuring the information architecture, simplifying user flows, improving navigation consistency, refining interface layouts and visual hierarchy, and optimizing the search feature using the Linear Search algorithm. Data collection methods included interviews, observation, questionnaires, usability testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The results showed that the usability score increased from 2.29 (45.8%) before redesign to 3.97 (79.4%) after implementation, categorized as High. In addition, the UAT result reached 83.8%, categorized as Very Good.
