This study aims to analyze the influence of project quality factors on the implementation of the embankment reinforcement project at Jalan Cumi-Cumi (Coast Area), Palu City. This research is motivated by the importance of construction quality in infrastructure projects, particularly in embankment projects that function as protection against erosion and flooding. The research employs a quantitative approach with explanatory research methods, supported by a qualitative approach through interviews and field observations. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, surveys, field observations, and documentation involving 25 respondents, including project owners, technical implementers, field supervisors, project managers, and quality control personnel. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression techniques to examine the influence of the independent variables, namely expected quality standards (X₁) and actual company quality (X₂), on the dependent variable, namely construction quality implementation (Y). The research findings reveal that both simultaneously and partially, the expected quality standards and actual company quality have a significant influence on the construction quality implementation. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 78.7% indicates that the variation in construction quality implementation is influenced by variables X₁ and X₂. These findings emphasize that the alignment between planned quality standards and actual on-site quality plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of project implementation. Specifically, the use of K-250 precast concrete was proven to significantly contribute to improving construction quality. Laboratory test results showed that K-250 precast concrete met the specified technical standards. The results of interviews and field observations further reinforced that material factors, construction methods, supervision, and workforce skills are key components affecting construction quality in this embankment reinforcement project.
